FALMOUTH ROAD RACE 2022
At the Falmouth Road Race, I had the privilege of collaborating with Marathon Sports to support employees in their journey to participate in this historic event. My role involved seeding participants with our newest race day shoes and customized apparel, ensuring they were equipped for peak performance. Additionally, I contributed to the success of the event by engaging with attendees and managing logistics at the expo in the days leading up to the race. Through this experience, I not only enhanced my skills in event coordination and customer service but also fostered meaningful relationships within the running community.
WORLD ATHLETIC CHAMPIONSHIPS 2022
At the World Athletic Championships in Eugene, Oregon, I was given the opportunity of coordinating engaging demo runs and activations with my fellow tech representatives. Our collaborative efforts aimed to immerse attendees in the excitement of the championships through interactive experiences. Beyond the stadium, I forged partnerships with local businesses to host events that connected consumers with our brand in meaningful ways. I also took part in building anticipation for the event by participating in promotional activities in Washington DC with local running stores and brand partners like Believe in the Run. This experience not only honed my event coordination skills but also deepened my understanding of consumer engagement strategies in the sports industry.
BOSTON MARATHON 2022
As the local tech representative at the Boston Marathon, I took on a central role in curating a memorable experience for attendees. My duties encompassed coordinating and overseeing operations at the brand house pop-up store on Newbury Street, managing the store social media account, helping setup at the race expo, ensuring our brand's presence was both captivating and seamless. Collaborating with Believe in the Run and TommyRunz, we held engaging events that resonated deeply within the running community. I had the privilege of supporting events featuring athletes like Emma Bates and Lindsay Flanagan, which significantly bolstered our brand's visibility and impact. Coordinating with Marathon Sports for this event added a strategic dimension to my responsibilities, amplifying our digital footprint and fostering invaluable partnerships in the running sphere.
